What is our policy for resolving issues with custom samples?
For logo customization, sample production takes approximately 7-10 days before shipping. Non-logo samples can be shipped within 3 days. Customized samples involving logo processes may incur an opening edition fee, which can be refundable when bulk orders placed. If samples you received do not meet your requirements, our sales team can be reached out to find the reasons, then find a win-win solution for the development. As a sign of our commitment to cooperation, we could discuss how to solve the problem, so as to move on to future production.
How can we provide free samples?
Each month, our store holds promotional activities. If you're interested in specific products, please contact our sales assistants, and we'll provide samples free of charge. We conduct 1-2 live streams per week (Wednesday/Friday). By visiting our store during the live streams and paying attention, you'll also have the opportunity to receive free samples.
